WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED
Our customers have the right to return the items they have purchased, 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the products. Items can only be returned if they are in good condition and their labels and packaging have been retained.
Excluded are products that have been opened, assembled and / or products that are on sale. Returns are made by courier of the customer's choice and at his own expense. The customer is also responsible for the correct packaging of the product, so that it reaches in perfect condition. We are not responsible until the returned parcel is delivered to our warehouse. Returns for defective products are made at the expense of Herokids.
