Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Orders placed in the system Friday from 01.00 pm. and then, they will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stages on Monday.

Orders are shipped the next working day. If the products are not available and are collected by our network, the shipment can be made with a delay of 1-2 days extra (mainly during discount periods, end of season or holidays).
For purchases under 50 € the transfer cost is 3.4 €
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 2.5 €
For purchases over 49 € the shipment is -Free-
Shipping to Thessaloniki
ONLY FOR THE CITY OF THESSALONIKI there is the possibility of same day delivery for orders made until 12:00 with a charge of € 5.20 to € 12. For more details click here.
Shipping to Cyprus
Simple shipping with a courier company, with a fixed charge of € 14 for orders worth less than € 130. Delivery takes place within about 10 working days, depending on the place of delivery and the date of registration of the order. Certain codes are excluded, which, due to volume or weight, are charged with shipping € 20.
For orders € 130 and over, shipping is -Free-

For orders shipping within Greece, the products will be sent to you, at the recipient address you have indicated to us, with courier service: ELTA courier.
You can still pick up your order from our store.
Note: Additional shipping costs may only occur on a very large order volume and there will always be timely notice and approval / acceptance of the customer.

If there is a delay with your order or the product of your choice has been sold out, we will contact you, within a reasonable time, via e-mail and / or telephone to inform you of the reasons for the delay or cancellation as well as the expected time shipping. In this case you will be able (if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you) to request the change of the order to another item or even the cancellation of your order and a refund.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay the courier upon delivery. Cash on delivery payments are € 2.5 and can only be made on orders up to € 500. You can pay with Visa or MasterCard either when you place the order in our store or upon delivery (the carrier has a terminal for accepting card payments).
You pay using your debit or credit card through the safe environment of PIRAEUS. Most types of cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) are accepted.
